PERSONAL BRANDING

Brand Y.O.U.™ is a coaching program that helps executives and entrepreneurs unearth and embody their authentic personal brand.

Step 1 -A 360° Personal Brand Assessment tool provides an objective analysis of the unique set of attributes (strengths, skills, values, passions, leadership style) that differentiate you and define your personal brand.

Step 2 – A customized action plan is designed to leverage your strengths, minimize your development areas and move all elements of your brand into complete alignment.

Step 3 – One-on-one or small-group coaching is used to build the skill and techniques that allow you to fully embody your unique attributes and “be the brand.”

Who Should Attend: Executives and entrepreneurs who want to differentiate themselves on the job or in the marketplace.  Increased visibility = greater perceived value and better opportunities.

Program Length: 3- to 6-month engagement

Group Size: 1-on-1 coaching or custom-designed sessions for small groups

LEADERSHIP PRESENCE

Leadership Presence / Leadership Power™ (LP/LP) is a small-group coaching program that helps executives and entrepreneurs unlock the ability to communicate authentically and powerfully, resulting in an increased ability to connect, engage, inspire and motivate others to action.

Step 1 – A self-assessment provides a clear snapshot of your leadership presence strengths, development areas and specific goals, prior to group work.

Step 2 – Engaging, high-energy small-group coaching is used to help you learn new techniques, increase skills and maximize your strengths.  Be prepared to receive lavish coaching and constructive feedback on your presence.

Step 3 – A follow-up, 1-on-1 coaching session is provided for each participant to make sure you are fully able to use the new skills at work.

Who Should Attend: Executives and entrepreneurs who lead teams or have direct reports

Program Length: 2 days, plus a follow-up coaching session

Group Size: Up to 9 participants
